Chongqing Liangjiang New Area SCO Price Dispute Mediation Center

The Shanghe Price Dispute Mediation Center in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing (hereinafter referred to as the Shanghe Mediation Center) is a comprehensive dispute mediation platform that is "one-stop, full cycle, and diversified". It was jointly initiated by the Price Recognition Center of Chongqing Development and Reform Commission, Chongqing Brand Construction Promotion Association, and Chongqing Xitou Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and officially unveiled on June 20, 2025. The Chongqing Price Dispute People's Mediation Committee and the Administrative Mediation Committee have simultaneously settled in.

The establishment of the SCO Mediation Center is a direct manifestation of actively implementing the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, an effective measure to implement the arrangements and deployments of the Party Central Committee, and a specific action to "adhere to and develop the 'Fengqiao Experience' in the new era, improve the mechanism for correctly handling internal contradictions among the people in the new situation, and timely resolve conflicts and disputes at the grassroots level and in their infancy". Intended to provide a comprehensive, efficient, professional, and convenient mediation platform for various types of conflicts and disputes.
